The Process

  • The first step in the process is having the candidate submit their resume online, followed by either a discussion of their skills with a Client Services Manager or completing a skills assessment form, so an accurate assessment of their skills can be established.
  • Equally important is the telephone interview with one of our expert Client Service Managers to discuss these skills as well as experience, salary requirements, geographic preferences, travel capabilities and career goals.
  • Once we have matched the candidate’s requirements to those of a client company, we contact the candidate to obtain permission to submit their credentials to the prospective client.
  • PharmaBio Staffing presents the candidate with as much information as possible about the client company so they are prepared for the interview.
  • In addition to coaching on proper interview technique, we are also in close communication with the client company and will provide feedback to the candidate during the interview process.
  • We also assist the candidate in compensation negotiations and help them through the resignation process from their current company.
